Located in an antique bungalow along the tranquil sea-side enclave of Chimbai Village in Bandra West, The Yoga House is the ideal spot to unwind and detoxify in Bombay. It offers more than 35 yoga classes every week conducted by ten exceptional teachers. "Your teacher's job is to keep you safe and teach a class that's appropriate for each individual's skill level. Your job is to choose a class that allows you to listen to what your body needs and to work within its limitations." Swami Rama We are offering various style of yoga, which incorporates practices derived from ancient and traditional sources. Ashtanga Vinyasa It is a system of yoga transmitted by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois (1915-2009). This dynamic method of yoga emphasizes on vinyasa (synchronizing the breath and movement), dristhi (where you place your look why in asana) and ujjayi breath (the Victorious Breath).
